How do I find bike parking near me?
CycleArc automatically shows bike parking spots on the map based on your current location. You can also search for specific places using the search bar, and the app will show parking spots near your search results.
How do I record my bike information?
Tap the bicycle icon in the top-right corner to open your bike profile. You can add details like name, brand, model, color, frame number, registration info, insurance details, and photos of your bike.
How do I mark where I parked my bike?
Tap on any bike parking spot on the map to see its details, then tap the "Park" button. This will mark your bike as parked at that location and track when you parked there.
Can I add information about my bike locks?
Yes! In your bike profile, you can add multiple locks with details like type (U-lock, cable, chain, etc.), brand, model, price, security certification, and photos of your locks.
How do I see where I parked my bike?
If your bike is currently parked, you'll see a green marker on the map showing the exact location. You can also tap the bicycle icon to see your parked location details and get directions back to your bike.
What information does CycleArc show about parking spots?
Each parking spot shows details like capacity (number of spaces), whether it's covered or uncovered, access restrictions, security features, and if there's a fee required. Tap any parking spot to see this information.
